Symptoms

You receive a "0x7F" Stop error message and Windows 10 Version 1703 (Creator Update) crashes when you use PTC Creo 3.0 CAD software.

Note This problem has been reported to affect only Creo 3.0 on Windows 10 Version 1703. This problem has not been reported to affect Creo 4.0.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the latest Windows 10 cumulative update.
