How to prevent Minecraft for Education licenses from being assigned automatically

Minecraft for Education is located on a private store. The application deployment is configured so that users must be assigned a license. In general, assigned users receive an email message that has a link to install Minecraft for Education. However, unassigned users can also click the link, and a license will still be assigned automatically to install Minecraft for Education.

To prevent this behavior, turn off the "auto assign" feature. To do this, select the Turn off auto assign menu command on the licensing screen, as shown in the following screen shot:
