Symptoms

When a full push is done to an external SQL Azure database, existing data has to be deleted before new data is exported.  When there is a large amount of data in the external table, deletion takes a long time and a timeout exception may occur.  The timeout has to be increased to avoid the exception.

Resolution

A larger timeout value has been used for the command.  This value is read from a configuration file.
