Requirements

The  JPK - Single File Control (Standard Audit File-Tax - SAF-T) is a collection of data that is created from the information systems business entity through direct export data, including information on business operations for the period, having standardized layout and format (XML schema) that allows its easy processing.

Business scope

The Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) for Poland implementation covers XML files generation according to the following schemes:

Schema 1 - SAF Accounting books - Księgi rachunkowe JPK

Schema 2 - SAF Bank statements - Wyciąg bankowy JPK

Schema 3 - SAF Inventory - Magazyn JPK

Schema 4 - SAF VAT sale and purchase registers - Ewidencje zakupu i sprzedaży VAT JPK

Schema 5 - SAF VAT invoices - Faktury VAT JPK
