FIX: A BizTalk Adapter for Informix is not processed if the SEND port uses an INSERT statement

Symptoms

You process a BizTalk Adapter for Informix against an Informix database. If the SEND port uses an INSERT statement, the adapter is not processed, and you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Exception: There was an error in the Send port with URI:URI_path. Internal message: There was an error in the Send port with URI:URI_path. Internal message: Code-set conversion function failed due to illegal sequence or invalid value. SQLSTATE=IX000 SQLCODE=-23103

Resolution

This problem is fixed in Cumulative Update 1 for Host Integration Server 2016.
