Culture element is added in the wrong order when you use the ResolveNames operation in EWS in Exchange Server 2010

Symptom

When you check a Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS) response for ResolveNames in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment, you may find that the Culture element is added in the wrong order in the XML. This breaks the schema validation.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Culture element is inserted into the wrong place of the XML.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install Update Rollup 17 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3.
