FIX: MQSeries receive location fails to recover after MQ server restarts

Assume that you are using MQSeries adapter receive location (RL) in Microsoft BizTalk Server. After you install BizTalk Server 2013 R2 cumulative update 5 (CU5), and restart the IBM WebSphere MQ server, the MQSeries receive location fails to recover automatically.

This issue occurs because of a regression issue in the BizTalk Server 2013 R2 CU5 MQSeries fixes where it does not handle this error anymore.

This issue was fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2016

Cumulative Update 6 for BizTalk Server 2013

Cumulative Update 6 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2
