FIX: "TimeStamp retrieval failed" error in BizTalk Server when an FTP server responds using milliseconds

Symptoms

BizTalk Server accepts timestamps only in the YYYYMMddHHmmss format. When an FTP server responds by using milliseconds as part of the YYYYMMddHHmmss.fff format, you may receive the following error message:

Resolution

This problem was fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

       Cumulative Update 1 for BizTalk Server 2016

       Cumulative Update 6 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2
