You can use the Exchange Administrator program to list or sort the Mailbox Resources (located under the Server-Private Information Store) for a particular server.
You can also save this information to a comma-delimited file and import the file into Excel so that you can manipulate the data. To do so:
- In Exchange Administrator, click any mailbox in the right pane.
- On the File menu, click Save Window Contents.
- Type a file name for the .csv file, and then click OK.
The .csv file is now ready for you to import into Excel.
