If you separate the databases used by Exchange 2000
Conferencing Server users from the databases used by Exchange 2000 Server
users, you can perform a selective backup and restore.
For example,
you can create a new storage group named Conferencing Storage Group, and then
create and mount a new mailbox store named Conferencing Mailbox Store Server
Name. Use this mailbox store for conferencing calendar mailboxes and resources.
