Symptoms

In a clustered environment, users may have problems when they try to connect to an Exchange 2000 server. If you view the data in the System Monitor log, the MSExchangeIS\RPC Requests counter continues to increase. If the MSExchangeIS\RPC Requests counter remains at more than 20 for more than one minute, you are experiencing the problem that this article describes.

Resolution
