Summary

When the Microsoft Exchange Migration Wizard migrates schedule information from a foreign system, the information is converted and is placed into an .sc2 file. This .sc2 file is attached to a message that appears at the top of the Inbox after a migration. This message is from the Microsoft Exchange Server Migration Wizard and has the following subject:
"Migrated Calendar Information"
Although there are directions about how to import this .sc2 file into the Calendar, this article describes how to edit the text of this message.

More information

To edit the text of the "Migrated Calendar Information" message, follow these steps:
1.In Notepad, create a new file, and then name the file Calmsg.txt.
2.In this file, add the text that you want to use for the "Migrated Calendar Information" that the Microsoft Exchange Migration Wizard generates after the migration.
3.Save Calmsg.txt in the Exchsrvr\Bin directory.
4.Use the Microsoft Exchange Migration Wizard to migrate schedule data. Notice that the text of the "Migration Calendar Information" message is the same as the text in the Calmsg.txt file.
