Summary

When you use Microsoft Windows Messenger and the Microsoft Network (MSN) Messenger, you can instantly communicate and collaborate with your contacts. MSN Messenger is the real-time communications (RTC) client for the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems versions earlier than Microsoft Windows XP. Windows Messenger, the RTC client for Windows XP, offers a variety of features, such as instant messaging, voice communications, application sharing, Whiteboard, file transfer, and Remote Assistance.
