To turn on debug logging of the Active Directory Delegation Wizard:

  1. Obtain and install the checked (debug) build of the Dsadmin.dll file.
  2. Create a file that is named Dsuiwiz.ini and that is located in the %systemroot%\System32 folder.
  3. Add the following text to the Dsuiwiz.ini file:

    [Debug]
    Trace=1

  4. Save the Dsuiwiz.ini file.

  5. Start the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in MMC console under a debugger, and then start the Active Directory Delegation Wizard to view the debug output.
