XCCC: You Cannot Right-Click an Attachment to Save It If You Use Netscape Navigator to Gain Access to OWA

Symptoms

If you use Netscape Navigator version 6.01 or Netscape Navigator version 6.1 to gain access to the version of Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) that is included in Exchange 2000, you may not be able to right-click an attachment and save it.

Workaround

Netscape Navigator version 6.2 and later can download and save an attachment. To work around this issue:
Install Netscape Navigator 6.2 or later. -or-

If you are using Netscape Navigator 6.1, press the SHIFT key while you click the attachment link. -or-

If the attachment is inline, to save the attachment:
1.Click View As Webpage.
2.In the View As Webpage view, right-click the attachment, and then save it.
