The User ID and Password fields in the MQSC adapter configuration are used only with a Channel Exit program on the MQ Server. This update makes a small change to the way that the connection is opened to the Queue Manager. If the Queue Manager is set to require authentication, the User ID and Password fields are used for that authentication. Without this update, the connection to the Queue Manager fails authentication.
