Updates of generation of block K in SPED Fiscal for layout 010 and 011 for Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU8

The following changes have been introduced into Fiscal books > Setup > Tax statement parameters > Sped Fiscal > Setup parameters > Open

Enable block: This checkbox will allow users to generate the block K when marked. Otherwise block K will not be generated but the record K001 will be reported without movements.

Export production orders: This checkbox will allow users to generate the records related with the production orders. The production orders and BOM journal transactions will be synchronized in Fiscal books and reported into the block K.

The following records are included into the SPED Fiscal statement if Enable block K is marked and Export production orders marked as well.

• 0200, 0210, KK001, 100, K200, K220, K230, K235

The following new action buttons were created in Fiscal Books > Common > Booking period

Process inventory. This action will allow users to generate the inventory position of items for the selected booking period. This process must be execute to allow the generation of K200 record. Before to execute the process, users must create the ICMS or IPI tax assessments for the related booking period. Otherwise, the process will not bring the inventory position.

Inventory Balance: The users will be able to inquire the inventory position of selected booking period.

Production orders: The users will be able to inquire the production orders created and closed in the booking period selected. In addition to this, the users can inquire the other transactions coming from Inventory management > Journals > Item transactions > Bill of materials, since this hotfix will include transactions created and posted from manufacturing and inventory management modules.
