Letters flash when you type Japanese or Chinese or English in an IM box in Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013)

Symptoms

Assume that you have Japanese or Chinese or English version of Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013) installed, and you keep typing letters until the sentence comes to the second line in a chat window. In this situation, letters may jump up and down or flash.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the December 6, 2016, update (KB3127976) for Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013), and then extend both the width and height of the input area.

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
