Symptoms

In rare conditions and under heavy loads, several Host Integration Server-related services on the system fail.

Cause

This problem occurs because of a lack of elements and headers in the buffer pool. The Application log contains Event 684 and 685 entries that are logged by the Manage Agent (MngAgent) or Manage Client (MngCli) process.
