Fix: "Windows SharePoint Services raised an error message" warning if you don’t set the Archive Location URL in BizTalk

Symptoms

Assume that you have applied Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2 Cumulative Update 4 (CU4). If you don’t set the Archive Location URL property, archiveLocationRelativeUrl will be NULL, and the archiveLocationRelativeUrl.TrimStart('/') call throws a NullRef exception. And, you may receive the following warning and error message for a Windows SharePoint Service (WSS) receive location in BizTalk Server 2013: 

Warning Message : The adapter "Windows SharePoint Services" raised an error message. Details "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
Error Message : The receive location is shutting down. Details: "The error threshold has been exceeded. The receive location will be shut down."
