FIX: NCO adapter changes the date and time format of DATS data type fields in BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Receive locations in BizTalk Server that use the NCO adapter to receive IDocs from an SAP system change the date and time format of DATS data type fields. For example, you may expect the fields to be in the YYYYMMDD and HHMMSS format. However, in this situation, the fields are formatted as YYYY-MM-DD and HH:MM:SS.

Note This issue occurs even when the enableSafeTyping = True setting is enabled on the adapter.
