FIX: MQSAgent2 delays or stops polling messages between Biztalk MQSeries adapter and MQ server

Symptoms

When you use an MQSeries adapter, and you have many MQSeries receive locations, you experience an intermittent delay or stop in polling messages in the Microsoft BizTalk MQSAgent2 COM+ application on the IBM WebSphere MQ server. When this problem occurs, no messages are delivered to the BizTalk server.
