After you move to Exchange vNext from a legacy dedicated environment, you can't see conversation history, calendar data, or presence data in Outlook. You have to sign out, delete sign-in information, and then sign back in to Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business) or Skype for Business 2016 to get the full functionality.
