Improvement

New data is added in Heartbeat telemetry in Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business) to identify the adoption and usage of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Version Two (VDI V2) mode in the world. The data will contain the software development kit (SDK) name and the version of VDI V2.

How to apply the improvement

To apply the improvement, install the November 1, 2016, update (KB3127934) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
