  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • The Netherlands

Users may see the following differences in channel data:

  • We are adding more channel data on local channels for each affected country.

Consult with your television provider for information about specific channel lineups.

Resolution

Customer with scheduled recordings should take the following actions to preserve existing recording schedules:

  • Customers should review and reset currently scheduled one-off recordings to reflect updated channel data.
  • Recordings scheduled for specific channels at specific times should be reset to reflect any updated channel numbers.
  • Recordings scheduled for specific shows should be reviewed to ensure they continue to record as expected.
  • Certain series may stop recording, even though that series will continue to show in the recordings list. You will have to "stop" recording the series and set the recording again. This may result in two instances of the series record showing side by side; the series instance of existing episodes already recorded and the series instance for the new recordings going forward. Both will function as expected.

These changes will only impact recorded shows moving forward.  Existing recordings will remain until they are deleted.
