Set-ClusterResourceDependency command error if resource name contains square brackets

Summary

When setting a dependency between Resources using the Set-ClusterResourceDependency command, resource names should be enclosed in square brackets, as indicated in https://technet.microsoft.com/library/ee461029.aspx. However, when a resource name originally contains square brackets and you add another set of square brackets "[]," it fails with an error.
