The duty paid isn't inventoried when you transfer the stock from an excisable location to a non-excisable location in the Indian version of Dynamics AX 2012 R3

While transferring the stock from an excisable location to a non-excisable location, the excise duty paid on the removal at shipping location should be get inventoried in the receiving location. Normally, we do this by putting tick mark in the item sales tax group "Excise Loading on Inventory." However, this is not working when receiving location is non-excisable. In this case, excise type will be none, excise record type will be none, and ECC will be blank and disabled.
