HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IKEEXT\Parameters\IPsecTunnelConfig\IKEV1\Cert
However, in Windows Embedded Compact 7, the registry entry is located in the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\IKEEXT\ Parameters\IPsecTunnelConfig\IKEV1\Cert
