Summary

This update includes improvements and fixes to enhance the functionality of Windows 10 Version 1511.

Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes.

Issue fixed in this update

Explorer process might go unresponsive under the following conditions:
  • The Windows 10 Version 1511 computer is running behind a firewall.
  • All traffic for http and https are routed through a proxy in the environment.
This issue occurs because the reference count of an object that's instantiated doesn't decrement to 0.
