Skype for Business 2016 crashes when you try to open the contact card of a user

Symptoms

Assume that you select the SKYPE DIRECTORY tab in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 and search for a Skype user. Then, you rest the mouse on the user’s icon and click to open the contact card. In this situation, your Skype for Business 2016 client crashes.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the June 7, 2016, update (KB3115087) for Skype for Business 2016.
