Symptoms

The Microsoft DRDA service does not process a static SQL package that is bound with DB2 for IBM z/OS 11.0. Additionally, the service reports the following syntax error:
GlobalExceptionHandler::HandleException DrdaException errorcode=7; errorCP=SYNTAXRM; contextCP=EUSRIDNWPWD
