"0x3B" Stop error on Windows Server 2012 R2-based Hyper-V hosts when deploying VMs by using a SCVMM service template

Symptoms

Assume that you have a service template in System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) that is used to deploy virtual machines (VM). When multiple virtual machines are deployed at the same time as part of the service template deployment, the Hyper-V host may crash.
