Symptoms

Computer crashes during backup when it accesses a specific location that's used for backup operations by using a third-party software. Additionally, you receive a Stop error that looks something like this:

STOP: 0x00000050 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

  • This Stop error indicates a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) issue.
