The staff accounting update for Russia to support a new report SZV-M in Microsoft Dynamics AX

According to the Federal Law No 385-FZ from December 29, 2015, a new mandatory report "SZV-M" is introduced starting from 01 April 2016. This report must be submitted to the Pension Fund of Russian Federation on monthly basis.

To comply with the requirements, a new report "Insured employees data SZV-M" has been implemented ("Staff accounting > Income tax > Reports > Insured employees data SZV-M" and "Staff accounting > Reports > Income tax > Insured employees data SZV-M").

Both printable (Excel) and electronic (XML) formats have been implemented in the system.

An employee will be included into the report if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The employee had a valid working contract during reporting period;
- Pension fund contribution calculation is enabled for the employee (had the appropriate value of Pension fund's rate-reference at the end of reporting period);
- Satisfies additional filtering that can be set up by you.
