FIX: IP-DLC link service doesn't start on secondary configuration server

Symptoms

You run two or more SNA Servers in a SNA Subdomain. If the Primary configuration server is shut down, the IP-DLC Link Service on a secondary server doesn't start.

Resolution

The fix that resolves this problem is included in the following cumulative updates for Host Integration Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for Host Integration Server 2016

Cumulative Update 4 for Host Integration Server 2013
