FIX: Archive folder files are collected when you use a receive location to receive files from a SharePoint library

This problem occurs when the Archive folder is configured under the same SharePoint library as non-archived files. In Event Viewer, you see a "You cannot copy "file_name" to itself" error message. This error occurs because that file was checked out by the receive location, and you cannot write over the file until the file is checked back in.
