Symptoms

Assume that you configure a primary and backup relationship between two Front End pools in a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 or Lync Server 2013 environment. When there's a difference in case sensitivity between these two pools in the rtcxds.dbo.Document table, a report that's generated by running the Debug-CsInterPoolReplication cmdlet returns the following error:
BATCHES OUT OF SYNC: 1
...
Items out of sync: 2
Item Key: IDNumber - urn:hcd: UserAccount
Message: Source item does not exist on backup pool and it will not be added in a future synchronization (Item Id: " IDNumber ", Document Name: "urn:hcd:UserAccount ")
Item Key: IDNumber - urn:hcd: UserAccount
Message: Backup item does not exist on source pool and it will not be deleted in a future synchronization.
...
Conferences out of sync: 7
Folder: {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX} Error: Folder will not be added (Folder: "\\server.contoso.com\sfb_share\1-WebServices-1\CollabContent\{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}")
However, you can't find any issue in data replication between the primary and backup pools.

Note The same issue occurs for organizer directories in CollabContent and CollabMetadata folders.
