Delegate data is not removed when you run the Remove-CsSlaDelegates cmdlet in Skype for Business Server 2015

Symptoms

When you run the Remove-CsSlaConfiguration or Remove-CsSlaDelegates cmdlet in a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 environment, the cmdlet doesn't remove the delegate records from the Breakthrough container in the database.

Note This issue may also occur when you run both cmdlets.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the March 2016 cumulative update 6.0.9319.235 for Skype for Business Server 2015, core components.
