Change Rules for Formatting Messages

1.Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2.Double-click Global Settings, and then double-click Internet Message Formats.

The right pane lists the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) policies that are currently defined. The domain column specifies the domains to which the policies apply.
3.To edit the formatting rules for a domain, right-click the related policy, click Properties, and then modify the formatting rules for this domain.
4.Click OK.

Delete Rules for Formatting Messages

1.Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2.Double-click Global Settings, and then double-click Internet Message Formats.

The right pane lists the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) policies that are currently defined. The domain column specifies the domains to which the policies apply.
3.To delete the formatting rules for a domain, right-click the related policy, and then click Delete. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
4.Click OK.
