Blocked Protocols Appear in ISA Reports

Symptoms

Reports that you run on the Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server computer may show traffic for protocols that have been blocked as having been passed through the firewall.

Cause

The reporting engine is erroneously reporting traffic that the ISA Server logs indicate has been blocked because of a rule. This traffic did not pass through the firewall.

Resolution
