December 6, 2016, update for Outlook 2013 (KB3127975)

• Remove unexpected disabling of add-ins in Outlook 2013.
  
  
• Fixes the following issues:
  • Assume that you go to a SharePoint discussion list that uses Hebrew as the display language. You add a new discussion to the list and type some Hebrew text in the right-to-left layout. Then, you connect the discussion to Outlook 2013. When you open this item in Outlook, the text is displayed in the left-to-right layout.
    
    
  • Assume that you start Outlook with the /embedding switch, and then you start another instance of Outlook without the /embedding switch. In this situation, the VBA events never raise.
    
    
  • Assume that you use a delegate account to access the manager's calendar folder in Outlook 2013, and then you use a custom form to schedule an appointment. When the delegate accepts the meeting invitation, the appointment item is saved in the delegate's calendar folder instead of the manager's folder.
    
    
  • Assume that you create a new conditional formatting that filters items by a specific category. In this situation, the conditional formatting may not work for the items that contain one or more categories except the given category.
    
    
  • You cannot synchronize an Office 365 account in Outlook 2013. Additionally, you receive an "80040600" error message in the sync logs.
    
    
  • Fixes an issue in which you cannot disable the Empty Deleted Items Folder entry in the Cleanup Tools list in the Info section of the Backstage view (File tab) by using Group Policy or the DisabledCmdBarItemsList registry key.
    
    
  • If you use Outlook Security Group Policy to configure a VSTO add-in as trusted according to Manage trusted add-ins for Outlook 2013, it does not prevent security prompts when the add-in accesses the object model.
    
    
  • When an installed add-in calls the Inspector.Close()method in the Inspector.Activate()event handler, Outlook 2013 may crash.
    
    
  • Assume that you receive a meeting request in Outlook 2013, and the meeting request is created in Outlook 2016 and contains tables, or embedded images, or attachments. In this situation, the tables, or images, or attachments are missing or corrupted. To fix this issue, see KB3128018 for more information.
    
    
  • If you select the plus signal "+" to expand a distribution list in the To field of a meeting request in Outlook 2013, Outlook 2013 may crash. This issue occurs if Outlook 2013 has a third-party add-in installed.
    
    
  • If you have a profile that has a SharePoint calendar in Outlook 2013 and the calendar is synchronizing in the background, Outlook 2013 may crash.
    
    
  • When you try to view other user's calendar in the Work Week view, the calendar can't be loaded. This issue occurs in a specific set of appointments and view range. There should be an appointment that begins at the same time when the view range ends. For example, an all-day event on Saturday in the Work Week view, and there must be no single instance of appointments in the past and none in the current view.
    
    
  • After you do a Find Related Messages search in Outlook 2013, tasks may be disappear from the To-Do List.
