Incorrect log in Event Viewer after you install an antivirus software in Windows 8.1

This article describes an issue that occurs after you install an antivirus software in Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1. An update is available to fix this issue. Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites section.
