FIX: Messages reappear in the queue on an MQSeries server after you restart the BizTalk Server instance

Symptoms

When you use an MQSeries adapter in Microsoft BizTalk Server to receive messages from an MQSeries server, messages are received in BizTalk Server as expected. However, if you restart the corresponding BizTalk Server host instance, the messages reappear in the queue on the MQSeries server and may be picked up again.
