FIX: Error occurs when you use a blank schema to run transforms in BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You use a map in a Microsoft BizTalk Server project to do transformations.
  • Multiple destination schemas are used in the map.
  • One of the schemas is blank.

In this scenario, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Error: Invalid input/output document into/from the transform. Does not have a single root node.
