Use this step-by-step guide to display content from one page on multiple pages within your web. In FrontPage 2002, you can accomplish this by using the Included Content Web component.
NOTE: To use this functionality, your content must be part of a web.
Using the Included Content Web Component
To display one page's content on another page, follow these steps:
- Start FrontPage and open a web.
- On the View menu, click Page, if necessary, to switch to Page view. Open the page on which you want to have the content from another page appear.
- Click where you want to have the other page's content appear.
- On the Insert menu, click Web Component to open the Insert Web Component dialog box.
- In the Component type list, click Included Content. In the Choose a type of content list, click Page.
NOTE: The Page item is unavailable (dimmed) if the page is not part of a Web. - Click Finish to open the Include Page Properties dialog box.
- In the Page to include box, type the relative Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the page you want to include. Or, click Browse to locate and select the file.
