Missing data for Notes or Task when synchronizing between Microsoft Exchange Server and Dynamics AX

Symptoms

When you synchronize between Microsoft Exchange Server and Dynamics AX, data for Notes or Task is missing.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.

There are 2 reported issues:

1. Date field is Blank(but this issue cannot repro)
2. The notes show the html code, the solution is: an html control will replace the multiline text box control, to let only the useful messages are shown.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix. 

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
