Symptoms

After you install Cumulative Update 3 for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013, you receive the following error message when you try to redeploy a map from Microsoft Visual Studio:

Failed to add resource(s). Change requests failed for some resources.
BizTalkAssemblyResourceManager failed to complete end type change request. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
