Improvements and fixes

Fixes the following issues:
  • If you open a workbook that's saved by OneDrive or OneDrive for Business from its local synchronization point (a local file system path) and then save it, the links to files on the same disk of the local file system are broken.
  • When you edit cells on which phonetic guides are enabled in Excel 2016, Excel 2016 may crash or cause the file to be corrupted.
  • When you run the Find and Replace operation in a workbook in Excel 2016 with listeners registered for certain VBA events, Excel 2016 may crash.
  • When you right-click a chart that contains alternative text and then select Move Chart to move the chart to a different sheet, the alternative text that is defined for the chart disappears.
  • When you open a workbook that's protected by a write access password in Excel 2016, the last character of the user name that contains DBCS characters may not be displayed correctly.
  • DisplayAlert property isn't respected for sheets deletion in Excel 2016.
  • It takes a long time to remove a filter on a large column in Windows 10 that has certain accessibility tools. This update fixes performance issues associated with filtered columns.
