Assume that you're a member of a Response Group Service (RGS) agent group that's associated with an agent anonymity RGS workflow and that the SIP address of the workflow uses a plus sign (+) as a prefix. After you dismiss an RGS group member notification, you continue to receive the dismissed notification when you sign in to Microsoft Lync 2013 (Microsoft Skype for Business).
