ERROR: Delay Notification from Revo IDE when using Remote Desktop

Summary

When using a Remote Desktop connection, there are times when Revolution R Enterprise will display a delay notification.

To address this change the Remote Desktop settings to use fewer resources.

1.  Set the colors to 16 bit

2.  Change performance to "low-speed bandwith" (removing all features except persistent bitmap caching)

Restart the Remote Desktop connection and the application.
